About Plot A

Plot A is one of the most attractive parcels we’ve listed — a generous 610m² of regulated residential land in the heart of Agatovo village, with the Balkan Mountains providing a spectacular backdrop to the south.

The plot is fully regulated (УПИ — Урегулиран Поземлен Имот), verified by Miglena against the Sevlievo Municipality’s current Detailed Spatial Plan. Planning permission application is in progress.
